The Outdoor Recreation Working Group met regularly online in 2021 and have presented a Draft Sports Field Allocation Policy that outlines both policies and procedures to ensure staff have a process to review and allocate sports fields to user groups, and user groups have an understanding and reference for this process so they can enjoy our publicly funded sports fields and baseball diamonds.
