Consultation has concluded

The City of Sarnia has initiated an Economic Development Strategy. Overall the review is intended to provide Council with an independent assessment of some of the community’s largest infrastructure assets, including the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport, Sarnia Harbour, Andrew S. Brandt Marina, Business & Research Parks, and the Waterfront lands and provide recommendations that will allow the community to best leverage the opportunities presented by these assets.

In addition to the asset review, an assessment of the role and services provided by the City’s Economic Development Service Division will also be undertaken in order to recommend a clear mandate for this division that will allow this service to complement the roles and services provided by other key stakeholders and partners.
