What’s Proposed?

ZBA 02-2026-85 of 2002 would permit the development of thirty-seven (37) multiple attached dwelling units on the subject property for retirement/senior living rental purposes.


ZBA 02-2026-85 of 2002 proposes to rezone the subject properties from the “Urban Residential 1 (UR1) Zone” to an “Urban Residential 4 (UR4-XX) Site Specific Zone” to permit multiple dwelling use and add site-specific provisions for the units.


The subject property is an amalgamation of three (3) parcels comprising two (2) residential lots and the former Sacred Heart Catholic School. The school building will be demolished.


Implementation

If the amendment is approved, site plan approval will be required to implement the proposal.
