Whats Proposed? Amendments to the Official Plan & Zoning By-law to permit the development of 74 new townhouse dwelling units. This development is intended to provide a range of housing options that are associated with the existing senior’s residence facility to the north. It would be undertaken in accordance with an approved Site Plan Development Control Agreement.
