What's Proposed?
An Amendment to the Official Plan is proposed to permit residential lot creation in a "Natural Areas 'Type B' " feature (significant woodland). The amendment would permit the development of two single detached residential lots on a proposed easterly extension of Pamela Court, through the severance process.
