Zoning By-law Amendment (1-2025-85 of 2002)
To remove the holding symbol, subject to fulfilling the following conditions to the satisfaction of the City:

  • Provide a tree removal and preservation plan prepared by a qualified individual to identify the areas to be cleared to provide the building envelope of the proposed dwellings; and
  • Provide compensation planting and mitigation strategy prepared by a qualified individual for the required off-site compensation planting to the satisfaction of the City; and
  • Provide confirmation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry regarding Species at Risk.
