The City of Sarnia authorized the development of a ten year Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan in the spring of 2018. In support of the Master Plan’s development, a Situational Analysis Report was completed in the fall of 2018 that incorporated the results of the community consultation program, technical and other analyses. The report informed the preparation of the Draft Master Plan.

This community survey and discussion forum provides an opportunity for Sarnia residents to provide their input and perspectives with respect to the Draft Master Plan. Based on the results from your input here and at the Community Open House held December 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clearwater Arena, the Draft Master Plan will be further developed and finalized for presentation to City Council in January or February 2019.
