The applicant has requested to amend the Official Plan designation from a 'Mixed Use' designation on Map 7 - Land Use Designations and 'General Commercial' in Secondary Plan Area 2 to 'Urban Residential' and to rezone the lands from a Community Commercial 1 (COC1) Zone and Community Commercial 1-19 (COC1-19) Zone to an Urban Residential 4 (UR4) Zone to permit the development.
