Whats Proposed? Amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the development of three (3) 30.5m high (9) nine-storey buildings, with a total of 234 residential dwelling units. One of the proposed buildings (Building-A) would provide a 853.01 sq.m commercial space on the ground floor. The proposed total number of bedrooms is 910.
All of the dwelling units are proposed to be designed primarily as residences for students. The proposed development would be incorporated with the rest of the commercial developments on the site and would be developed in accordance with an approved Site Plan Development Control Agreement, if these applications are approved.
The following were submitted in support of the application and are currently being reviewed by staff and agencies.
